John Klumpp's review:

"The input sockets takes a pair of RCA connectors, for mono audio and mono (composite) video. I was initially using this
to view 80-column C128 displays. I did use the item with various Amiga models since it was my smallest/lightest monitor
& I could double-up for displays when performing video grabs (DigiView & VidiAmiga 24 RT Pro) with the D23 port.

As to the resolution it could display Amiga PAL 640x512 and went right to the corner-curves of the CRT.
The unit was a handy workhorse and I tried to display NTSC VHS 50Hz at one time . . . actually viewing a shrunken image
(that rolled) on it back when I had no NTSC-capable displays. Australia's analog TV is PAL 60Hz.
I can testify that broadcast television looks quite strange in orange-screen monochrome!

Amiga-RGB to Iiyama DA-15

The Ranger lines re-badged by AYDIN CONTROLS (UK) for Commodore UK (Aydin has also "Ranger" line: "Ranger 5015LP"; "Ranger 5021"; "Ranger 5017" and later models too). These monitors manufactured by Iiyama Electric Co., Ltd. Japan. IDEK/Iiyama own models in the "MULTIFLAT" line: "MF-5015"; "MF-5015A"; "MF-5021" and "MF-5017". These monitors are FST (Flat Square Tube).
AYDIN marketed it's model (5015LP) as longer phosphor persistence, but original Iiyama (IDEK) models known as short phosphor persistence.
Amiga World Magazine (Volume 9, Number 6, June 1993):
"In addition to the 5017SP, IDEK makes the MF-5017LP, which uses a long-persistence phosphor. Long-persistence monitors substantially reduce interlace flicker, which may make the 5017LP the best choice to use with the 800x600 interlaced Super72 display mode. IDEK also makes the short-persistence monitor 15-inch (MF-5015) and 21-inch (MF-5021A) models."

Amiga-RGB to Iiyama DA-15

This is a high-end studio monitor. The German BBoAH says this is a rebadged Aydin Ranger 5021 BBoAH link
First I have seek old AYDIN and iiyama back labels, and iiyama is full different than Commodore RANGER 21 but AYDIN is really similar:
Aydin rear badge Aydin rear badge
Aydin rear badge Aydin rear badge
So AYDIN pack its AYDIN RANGER 5021 model for Commodore. But AYDIN is a UK company but this monitor has made in Japan, and AYDIN RANGER 5021 looks full the same as IDEK Iiyama MF-5021 (BBoAH (David Ward) has written the same model number). Aydin rear badge
So Commodore do business with AYDIN who sells restickered IDEK/Iiyama MF-5021 monitors. This iiyama picture I have get from PC Magazine 1992-Jan-14. Also I think Commodore (and AYDIN) RANGER 21 monitors are have sold only in UK and probably only to people buying Amiga 3000.
Now clear that the manufacturer is IDEK/Iiyama and the "case design" is IDEK/Iiyama MF-5021 (21inch FST) but we would say some word about Commodore UK have no direct contact to IDEK/Iiyama but they has made deal with AYDIN UK. In the year I'm not sure because the PC Magazine 1992-Jan-14 that show MF-5021 infos shows 4 newer 21" models too. So the 1992 must be the last year for this model. Iiyama history writes: 1989 Introduced 21" FST (https://iiyama.com/gb_en/company/) So the year must be between 1989 and 1992. An Amiga World user guide from 1991 show AYDIN RANGER 5021 (http://encanta.avalonsoftware.org/idgaw/guia91/hard_equipos.php). But problem that iiyama says the resolution is 1024x768 but this guide says 1280x1280. BBoAH mention this monitor as 21inch FST as iiyama in the history 21" FST too. FST is an iiyama term that means "Flat Square Tube".

There is a common false belief saying that the 1083S-P1 is a
SECAM monitor. This is false because 1083S-P1 have no
composite or separate video input. 1083S-P1 was sold in
France only to avoid the SECAM ↔ PAL color problems
like connecting a SECAM Commodore 64 to a PAL monitor
(SECAM Commodore 64 display greyscale picture on a PAL
monitor). SECAM Commodore 64 was made for SECAM TVs.

Changes:
2011-Feb-06: I have upload the 1081 manual and 1084S-D manuals; fill the dot pitch info for 1081 (from this manual); modified a little bit the 1084S-D resolution info; modified a little bit the 1070 resolution info; update the 1201 section very well.
2011-Mar-09: I have found a Commodore 1950 monitor on Australian eBay, I asked and I have got backlabel picture. I have never seen before 200-240V version of 1950. I have modified the 1950 sections, the 1950 page and the Commodore monitor compatibility matrix for 220-240V page.
2011-Mar-15: Made and upload the Commodore 1902A manual in PDF.
2011-Mar-19: I have bought an European 1701 manual. It is write "Hersteller" (manufacturer): "Victor Company of Japan, Ltd.". I remembered "NEC" not "JVC". Sorry for my mistake, I have replaced the tree "NEC" to "JVC". The European 1701 is later than North-American I also update this; release date of Commodore 1084-D changed from 1987 to 1988 according it's manual.
2011-Mar-20: Correcting differencies between the two Commodore monitor pages (the 12V DC input of the 1201 has missed from one of them); I have got a Hyundai HMM-1401 MDA/Hercules monitor manual. This model the same as the Commodore 1404 (except the power switch on the front on HMM-1401 but on the 1402 on back side). So 1402, 1404 and 1405 are made by Hyundai.
2011-May-10: I have all of the tree MFG codes for 1081 voltage versions so I have upload this data. Special thanks to sanpomaru!
2011-May-18: I have all of the tree MFG codes for 1084 (the original "boxy") voltage versions so I have upload this data. Special thanks to markline1100!
2011-May-18: I have got mfg number of the 1084 BSI. Special thanks to airey36!
2011-May-20: Research that result the 76BM13/05E is a UK version. This was not clear because the only I have found it in a continental Europe collection with replaced power cord (so the built in power cord with UK plug has replaced to continental EU plug). Special thanks for this research to Nagy Károly!
2011-Jun-03: I have got the "Commodore 1084S-P AU" MFG code: KH533/96E Special thanks to blackdugall!
2011-Jun-09: An other type Commodore Amiga 1081 has added. This has different mfg code likely because Philips has not used own picture tube. The first piece of this type I have found on Italian eBay and the seller has asseverated that this is stereo (via SCART plug) but this is fals, Guru has also this type revision 1081 and it is mono (but have picture tube made by the Taiwanese Chunghwa Picture Tubes, LTD).
2011-Dec-27: Error correction on the "Commodore monitors by time" page: The "audio connector" field of the Commodore 1802 tall was missed and the raw was slipped from this field (all field show the entry of the next monitor) to the last item on this page (1084ST) which had no field.
2011-Dec-27: Commodore DM-14 (ADI DM-14) pictures from Germany. The case design the same as the 1403 and the A2024 case (so these are made by ADI also). For the Commodore DM-14 pictures special thanks to Detlef Böhler!
2012-May-06: Commodore 1960 and 1935 are made by LITE-ON according to Commodore 1960 SERVICE MANUAL; Service manual/schematic raw added.
2012-May-10: Uploading service manuals and schematics; Freshly scanned "76 BM13 & 76 BM23" users manual, special thanks to Jonas G.!
2012-May-20: Philips (N.A.P.; Magnavox) DIN pinouts (also good for models that sold under Highscreen name); manual uploads
2012-Oct-02: I have merged the "220/240V" and the "240V" columns of the 1702 because the 1702 models sold in UK (special thanks this picture to jonnixx) and Australia (special thanks this picture to Tom Szabo) also have the 220/240 voltage switch on the back side of the monitor. I have also merged the 1801 and 1802 "tall" 220 and 240 versions.
2012-Oct-02: FCC ID for 1701/1702 and five MFG codes for 1702 and one for the 1070.
2012-Oct-07: 1084ST picture tube information (Philips M34EAQ01X), special thanks to http://www.retrocomputer.tux.hu!
2012-Oct-07: I have added the "case design" row. Special thanks to Paul Andrews for the idea.
2012-Oct-07: I have found 1930-III pictures on http://www.mingos-commodorepage.com
2012-Oct-13: My Likom theory about 1084ST.
2012-Oct-13: Diagram about manufacturers added.
2012-Nov-16: SECAM false belief about 1083S-P1 added. Special thanks for the compacted French version to David Brunet at http://obligement.free.fr/
2012-Nov-16: Updated A2024 resolution informations according to Toni Wilen (WinUAE developer, Grand Master): http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=62030#2
2013-Apr-13: I have upload all of the 1084S-P1 pictures that Tomi Tilli has sent to me. Thank you much!
2013-Apr-13: I have got big, clear and sharp photos about 1085S-D2 from alex76gr. I have upload all of them. Special thanks to alex76gr!
2014-Feb-23: Commodore 1703 pictures added from ebay.com, and separated page for 1703 (click on picture); Likom link changed to an archived version (archive.org); Philips BM7513/BM7523 schematic scanned by me.
2014-Feb-26: I got more info about 1703 (made by GoldStar, made in Korea).
2014-Jun-13: Pictures about European Commodore 2080 model. This is the last model under Commodore name that has EuroSCART connector. It is really rare. Special thanks to Thomas Kraft for the great pictures! :)
2014-Jun-13: Error correction: The original Commodore 1084 monitor also has a headphone 3.5 mm jack (mono) at the left side.
